You do know what good looks like in tech: you need a very strong background in technology (10+ years) typically as a CTO, CIO, CPO or as a constultant.
You have the business acumen required to link business strategies to technology and a good understanding of what makes companies successful
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent english, verbally and in writing. Being based in France, Switzerland or the UK is a plus.

We will:

Coach you and mentor you throughout your learning.
You will:
Conduct technical due diligence assessments for investment opportunities spanning diverse industries.
Assess the technology teams, architecture, infrastructure, and systems of target companies to gauge strengths, weaknesses, risks, and opportunities.
Collaborate closely with strategic, commercial, legal, and ESG due diligence teams, as well as investment professionals, to deliver comprehensive assessments and recommendations to the investors.
Prepare detailed due diligence reports that outline findings, recommendations, and risk mitigation strategies for both internal and external stakeholders.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in technical due diligence to continuously enhance expertise and service offerings.
